Para cumplir con la normativa de la Junta de Andalucía, se pedirá una identificación a la entrada de la vivienda. Por favor, respeten las horas de silencio. A partir de las 23:00, se notificará a la Policía. Siendo una urbanización residencial, es imprescindible cumplir con las normas de convivencia y respetar el resto de vecinos. Incumplimiento de estas normas (ej. música alta pasada medianoche, uso de piscina fuera de horario, basura en zonas comunes...) llevará a un aviso y posible terminación de la estancia. Pedimos a los huéspedes un consumo normal y moderado de suministros especialmente aire acondicionado, un 30% de exceso de consumo medio conlleva una retención de fianza. En caso de olvidar las llaves dentro de la propiedad, coste para abrir es de 25€. En caso de pérdida o necesitar un cerrajero, el coste es de 180€. Proporcionamos instrucciones a la hora del check in y dentro de la vivienda para el uso correcto de los electrodomésticos. El mal uso de ellas puede derivar en una retención de la fianza.

El horario y apertura de la piscina comunitaria puede variar por normas y restricciones de la comunidad o por limitaciones de las autoridades por circunstancias meteorológicas como el Decreto con restricciones BOJA-b-2024-90020
