To comply with Junta de Andalucía regulations, identification will be requested upon entry to the property. Please respect quiet hours. After 11:00 PM, the police will be notified. As this is a residential development, it is essential to comply with the rules of coexistence and respect other neighbors. Non-compliance with these rules (e.g., loud music after midnight, use of the pool outside of hours, rubbish in common areas...) will result in a warning and possible termination of your stay. We ask guests to use utilities normally and moderately, especially air conditioning; a 30% excess of average consumption will result in a retention of the deposit. In case of forgetting your keys inside the property, the cost to open it is €25. In case of loss or needing a locksmith, the cost is €180. We provide instructions at check-in and within the property for the correct use of appliances. Misuse may result in a retention of the deposit.

The opening hours of the communal swimming pool may vary due to community rules and restrictions or limitations imposed by the authorities due to weather conditions, such as the Decree with restrictions BOJA-b-2024-90020 (This refers to a specific Andalusian regional government decree; a more specific translation might be needed depending on the context).
